My wife has severe Celiac and we eat here all the time.

They are very knowledgeable and super accommodating. They will tell you the safest options. I spoke to the main chef and was informed cleaning utensils and prep area between orders is common practice as well as not using utensils for more than one item.

I was hoping this place was going change my life. In addition to the cafe menu they have frozen grab and go meals and weekly meal plans that you can order and pick up on Sunday or Monday. I am gf and dairy free and out of 8 freezers full of grab and go meals there was 1 option for me. As for the meal service they offered to email me options of things they could modify for me but you can’t order online and specify to omit gluten or dairy or even filter. The burger I had in the cafe was okay and the sweet potato fries were excellent. I hope they make it more user friendly relating to allergens someday.

This is a healthy food bowl restaurant. They have basic options for your base, then protein, topping and sauces. As with any place I always say if your highly sensitive beware, you can’t see the “kitchen” so no idea how they cross contamination. From the front they look like they are really safe and allergy friendly.

This place is one of those “meal plan subscriptions” places that also does hot food fresh. A lot of the pre-packaged meals have wheat but are marked with all allergens so you’re confident on what you can / cannot eat. I got the build-your-own-bowl with salmon, chili spices, mushrooms, peppers, carrots with the rosemary potatoes. Not a ton of food for the cost, but was conveniently next to my hotel.
