Cleanté Tokyo is a cafe style restaurant that also serves omurice and steak dishes. They don’t have any allergens marked on the menu. I talked to the server who checked with the kitchen and the omurice with ketchup (甘いオムライス) is the only thing on the menu that can be down without wheat (I’m specifying wheat because Japan doesn’t have a strong awareness of gluten allergies or what gluten is, so most places market things as wheat-free). The other omurice are not wheat-free because of the various sauces they come with. Service was very fast - my food and drink came out within 5 minutes of ordering. The omurice was really nice. The egg wasn’t over cooked and the fried rice was well seasoned. Portion was really big for the price (1170円). You can add on a drink set for 220円.
Just be aware that this isn’t the most allergen conscious restaurant and cross contamination is a high possibility.
