Loved the Harbor before and after Celiac diagnosis. Great atmosphere! Our bar tender had celiacs and I understand one of their owners is also GF. Good selection of gluten free options and menu is well marked. My favorite GF item is the cauliflower crust corn pizza. So good, I second guest if it was really GF. The jalapeño appetizer is also recommended if you like a little spiciness. Great bar selection too.

I feel they have many options that are gluten free. Almost any burger or sandwich is listed as GF on menu. They have a grilled fish sandwich you can get with a GF bun. While you can't get fries or fried options, on Friday nights you are able to get a baked potato. The bacon stuffed jalapeños on the appetizer list are so good!! They have a death by chocolate and a salted caramel cheesecake for dessert!

While they do have some things on the menu listed gluten free, there is no dedicated fryer for fries or any other appetizers. Our waitress said the fryers are used for everything. She also said they use a separate part of the grill for gluten free items. Average sized burgers come on what I believed to be an untoasted Udi’s bun with no sides for about $8.50 each. A bit high for not even a pickle spear. Nice location and great view. They have live bands listed on some nights too. So if you are looking for something small you could eat here, but don’t expect a full meal.

Be sure to let your server know that you have celiac . They have a GF menu and I haven’t had any problems. The best is the shrimp quinoa lettuce wraps. They also have cauliflower crust pizzas with dedicated pizza pans.

Called ahead to inquire about their highly advertised GF menu. May want to spend some time training kitchen staff. Two of our party are GF, played it safe ordering salads and chicken breast sand with out bun.. Both got sick. Dine at your own risk!
Celiac friendly, lots of options!
