Cleburne Cafeteria

Before the fire, I could find g/f things like fish,fruit and salads. Husband was told by owner they are not gluten free nor gluten friendly at all. So sorry because we loved this place. Hubs and son got to go and I made dinner for myself at home. I still miss that poached fish. Watching gravy spill on green beans tray, I just walked out.

I was really looking forward to sharing this gem of a restaurant with my family, but no one on the staff could answer our questions about Gluten-safe options - Not even the chef working the steak/seafood grill. We ended up leaving.

A restaurant of this caliber should have its act together on food allergens.
