I have celiac. I was impressed with the service and measures to provide GF food with minimized cross-contamination risk. The servers were very knowledgeable and were able to describe what steps they take. They have a dedicated GF fryer. I got the beef stew - something I virtually never am able to get in the United States. Server confirmed that my plate was GF when they set it on the table. Overall, high marks for safety, and excellent food and service.
