Beware. After asking the waitress to verify with the chef that my selection was gluten free she returned with a dish that included something that looked remarkably like the pasta orzo. When I asked her if she would just double check with the chef she returned and said the chef assured her it was. When I asked specifically about the orzo looking pieces she said "Oh, that's just pasta." When I explained to her pasta is made with wheat and wheat contains gluten she just shrugged and said "I didn't know. The chef said it was all right." and walked off. No appology, no comments.
