Review of Cloud 9 Bakers

I've never encountered a better place to eat. And I've never enjoyed a meal more than in tis dedicated gluten-free eatery. Oliver and his wife serve food that isn't free from allergens so much as its full of care, craft, and great taste. Organic, sustainable, beyond delicious. Think you've had bread before? Try the Cloud 9 loaf. Even my non-celiac friends are floored by it. They prefer it to their wheat. Love the baked goods here, from cookies to brownies to cake. Love the lunch. Can't find a more peaceful spot or better service either.
