I learned early on on the island you need to say you have a “severe gluten allergy” as all of the servers appear to be trained in what that phrase entails and are pleasant and accommodating. That’s the key phase on the island regardless of your GF circumstances at every place to eat and drink to get efficient and effective true GF safety treatment. This restaurant and our server went above and beyond for me even looking up ingredients in drink mixes to assure I wouldn’t get “glutened” and created a desert drink just for me (as they didn’t have much of an option for dessert just sorbet). Lots of options for entrees though. Our server was knowledgeable about GF and even kept the items that contained gluten on a separate plate from my husbands meal so we could each share each other’s meal. A wonderful dining experience and the food is so very delicious!
