Staff in the bistro very knowledgeable about what options are gf as well as cross contamination. Wide range of options on the menu, just need to ask as not all gf options are marked as such on the menu. Also variety of gf desserts in the cabinet. Separate fryer with good chips.

Club Dubbo are happy to discuss options on their menu. Chips are GF and cooked in a dedicated fryer. I enjoyed the grilled barramundi with seafood topper of prawns and calamari in a lemon cream sauce and sides of chips and vegetables.
