If you’re celiac here, you can eat a fish with some lettuce and tomato. Even with all the precautions I explained, I ended up in the bathroom right away. Not sure if it was a gluten thing, or maybe just a bad fish. Anyhow, in this airport, this is the only place where they kindly listen to my celiac situation and did their best to avoid gluten cross contamination.

Don't bother. I asked the waitress if there was a GF menu. She said, No, there is nothing GF. : ( I was with a group, so I had to stay. I got the chipotle chicken sandwich with no bun. Pretty bland, but thankfully I didn't get sick.

I’d stay away. They have exactly one option and, having just had it, it’s not good at all. Super overcooked mush.
The food was OK, but we got on the plane and found out an 18% gratuity had been added to our tab for two people! We were in a rush to get to our terminal and just added our own tip on not realizing it. Watch out!
When asked about gluten free options we were told there was just one - the pasta dish with vegetables. The waiter brought out the wrong dish - one with regular noodles - then apologized and our correct order was brought out right away. My son picked around the vegetables but ate the pasta. I tried a bite and it was very fresh tasting - very good. We were very glad to have a gf option at MIA - wish there were more.
They have a gf pasta dish (prepared separately) and will prepare many dishes wo bread. The salads are excellent. No gf fries though.
Yes
Pasta Giardino- brown rice pasta sautéed in olive oil, garlic, diced tomato and veggies. They added grilled chicken. I really enjoyed the meal
