Many GF options but we all felt the food was not great. Dried out chicken for all three options we tried. Potatoes were good. Non GF Mac and cheese was flavorless.

I ordered some pulled chicken, coleslaw, and potatoes. The flavor could have been stronger.
I'm very sensitive to gluten and felt completely fine afterwards! Would recommend for GF/DF needs.

Wasn’t sure about this place due to the lack of ratings on this app, but I searched for it in a Celiac Facebook Group for Michigan and saw that it was popular among Celiac and GF visitors to Ludington.
I was surprised that this wasn’t a food truck (but I think they do still have one for events) as described. It’s located in a building that’s sort of like an indoor mini mall of restaurants called “The Port”. The Port isn’t well marked but it has a sign on the front. Cluck Bucket is through the doors and to the left.
The menu is marked with which items are gluten free and the staff is small enough that they know Celiac protocols easily.
I had the nachos and a side of the creamy coleslaw, and a root beer float. My husband had the spicy chicken and pits (pits are potatoes) and a root beer float. All of it was delicious and with their open kitchen format you can watch them make your food if you sit at the bar area.
Would definitely go back!

This was a fantastic find for our family while vacationing in Ludington! We’ve found that eating GF is tricky in Ludington, but this was a fantastic spot for both celiac and non-celiac family members. My daughter, who has celiac, ate the two piece chicken kids meal with the pit-atoes one meal, then the cluck bucket the next (rice, pulled chicken, red sauce, cheese, lettuce, sour cream). She thoroughly enjoyed both and did not get sick. I’m gluten sensitive as well and had the spicy cluck, which is pulled chicken, pit-atoes, spicy sauce, and Cole slaw. It was delicious and I didn’t get sick either. They are aware of careful prep with allergies and knowledgeable about their menu items. They also offered to change their gloves when we told them our daughter had an allergy. The rest of our family had a variety of items and all enjoyed their meals. Very excited about this option in Ludington!

Excellent pulled chicken. Got pit-atoes too plus Cole slaw, brilliant! Fresh brew iced tea is wonderful. Great experience even my non- celiac family enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
