Co-Town Crepes

Three stars not because I got sick...just wasn't that great. We had someone new learning to make the crepes, so they were a little wonky. Also, the veggies were still raw and cold in mine..because the crepe was cooking so fast (shell) that it was going to burn. This is in the very trendy Magnolia/Silos market...of Chip & Joanna fame...it is a food truck at the back. If you don't know that, it takes awhile to find...a long while!

Had the Strawberry and Nutella (buckwheat) crepe and it was delicious! They will clean the grill if it's an allergy--but there is the chance of cross-contamination.
