We love COA. (I am not celiac, just very sensitive to gluten.) I have never had an issue here. We go often.
Many items on the menu marked "gluten free" but have cross contamination (in shared fryer) with gluten items. Chips are *not* celiac safe. Per the server, the fish tacos have a dedicated fryer and are actually gf. Friendly anf knowledgeable server asked the kitchen questions. Few modifications available (eg bacon wrapped prawns can be made with out bacon and then would be celiac safe). Good flavors and per the server's recommendation the enchiladas (celiac safe) were very good. Rice and beans were reported to be safe. When food was brought out, the runner noted "gluten free enchilada" so that's a nice detail.
