Coaches Burger Bar

I’ve had mixed experiences with Coaches. I usually only get takeout, so you may have a different experience. Before my NCGS diagnosis, I had lots of good experiences. After, I’ve only ordered twice, and it’s been 50/50. The first time was good for gf purposes but they left items out of my order. The gf bun is great. This most recent time, I had no reason to expect otherwise, so I ate my entire burger, and things went south for me. My bun was NOT gluten free, despite selecting that option and leaving a note in the allergy section. I know they at least saw the note, because the sauce I requested be left out wasn’t there, but I still got the incorrect bun. With NCGS I can handle cross contamination from the fries, but a whole bun had me sick all night.
