Some dishes are marked as gluten-free on the menu. However, since the waiter didn't seem familiar with my gluten-free request, I asked him to please verify with the kitchen that the two dishes I had selected were really gluten-free. I saw both him and the chef studying my gluten-free GF card in Malaysian extensively. I was then assured that the dishes were gluten-free and that I can eat them. I didn't get the amuse gueule because it contained non-gf vinegar, which I found reassuring that they were also paying attention to "hidden gluten". The food was delicious and the service was very good and attentive.
