The staff was knowledgeable about GF. They did everything necessary to avoid cross contamination. From the kids menu various gluten free options were possible as well as from the normal menu. No deep fried dishes were possible as they do not have a separate GF fryer. Food was delicious. They sure know how to prepare meat and make a great saffron risotto. We all (2 parents, 2 children of which 1 celiac) had a great evening.
