Restaurant Cochineal

Cochineal was one of the best gluten free fine dining experiences we’ve ever had. It’s a fully prix fix menu and you have to email them for reservations. They specifically ask for allergies during this process and they were very thorough in their confirmation. When we arrived our waitress confirmed with us the allergy specifications and she actually also let us know she is Gluten Free. Every single item of our five course meal was incredible. One of the best meals we’ve had in a really long time! 10/10
