I’ve been in SF for 30 years and I have a new favorite taco place. Cocina Mayah is an unassuming spot that does a mix of Mayan and American diner (standard, non gf)food but I keep going back for the Panuchos.
Panuchos are. (I’m gonna mess this up but y’all need these) tortillas that are made with masa flour instead of just cornmeal so when you griddle them they'rw crispy on the bottom and chewy-steamy on top then they're tacos and they're stupid delicious.
