They have a separate fryer. We order in advance over the phone often (one standard and one gf) and the gf fish & chips are served in a completely different style container to my partners (no gf).

Not had gluten free fish for ages was lovely proper batter as well will go again. I live at Bishop Auckland and worth the travel.

Separate fryer, separate utensils care not to cross contaminate, staff aware of celiac and were helpful will be going back
