The takeaway is on the ground floor and eat in upstairs. I showed my Coeliac card and the waiter knew what I could have. There was only one choice for gluten free. This was also vegan. It comes in a pouch with a plate of rice. I ordered 2 100g pouches which was sufficient for me. One pouch wouldn't have been enough. It was basically vegetable curry, mild and slightly synthetic taste but it filled a space. My husband enjoyed his pork curry.

They have allergen free curry that comes with rice and a very good allergen sheet to read about cross contact and what you can add.

Prepackaged allergy friendly curry is available, you open it at the table so you know it’s safe. It’s definitely sweet curry. Very nice to know that there is a safe chain around. Also friendly for other allergies as there is an allergen menu that lists all the items and their information, including whether or not they were processed in the same facility as allergens. I feel safe :)

Curry House CoCo is a large chain store that has restaurants all over Japan. They offer an allergy-friendly curry that comes in prepackaged 100g pouches to eliminate cross contamination.
You can order the pouches with a plate of rice and eat in or have them to takeaway. You can also opt to add extra toppings like egg, eggplant/aubergine, corn, etc but this may increase your chances of cross contamination, if your sensitive.
The curry is sweeter than I usually like but the 200g serve with rice & toppings is a decent meal.
