Everyone seems to really like their drinks. I tried the food, had high hopes, but ended up disappointed.

Mini pancakes - classic Waffles sticks - moms fav cereal

The look very good, but the taste was almost confusing.

One side of the pancakes don’t touch the grill so it ended up tasting like powdery dough on one side. They were hard to eat because the taste. If you eat the pancakes or waffles plain, the taste of the mix is bitter, almost like liking baking soda, and not sweet.

I did prefer the waffles better because they are crispy on both sides. I covered them in syrup and it tasted better.

What a hidden gem! The food and drinks are a bit pricey but it’s worth it for the quality. My partner ordered a strawberry caramel latte and we both agreed it’s the best coffee we’ve ever had. I ordered a rose mylk tea with lavender crystal jelly, also super delicious. We were both beaming as we left, and we didn’t even try the food! We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in town.

Gross. The mini pancakes were raw batter inside. The mylk cloud whip cream substitute tasted horrible. I should have just thrown $9 in the garbage. Safe tho.. No gluten. It just doesn't taste good.

I stopped by Coconut Whisk Cafe during a work trip to Minneapolis and am so glad I did - the “Moms Favorite Cereal” style waffle sticks were incredible. I was really looking forward to a boba drink but unfortunately, they only use oat milk (Califia brand) which I don’t feel comfortable with. The waffle sticks still made the stop worth it though. Everything is gf and vegan. Check the days/times they’re open before you go, as their hours are pretty restrictive.

They just celebrated their first birthday! I stopped in for some birthday celebration mini pancakes and a Jade Dragon boba tea. Yum!

What a cute little place! Small menu of waffle sticks and pancakes, but fluffy and tasty. Highly recommend for a breakfast treat. 100% GF!

love this place! it can be a little slow and the drinks are pricey, but the waffles and pancakes are fantastic. the chesey vegan oat milk cloud is a delight too. I have really intense gluten sensitivity with oats, but never had a reaction from it.

Food was delicious, celiac safe and bonus that it meets all our other allergen needs and at a reasonable price. Such a great find!! Our daughter thought the gold powder in top was so cool too.

The cold brew was good! They offer 15 mini pancakes or 3 waffle sticks with your selection of sauce. We both wanted to try the waffle sticks. However, they messed up my order and we ended up with mini pancakes and waffle sticks. Ultimately, it worked out as I preferred the mini pancakes to the waffle sticks. The chocolate sauce on the pancakes was exactly what you would expect and it was good. I wish they had some savory options to accompany the sweet.

What a treat- dedicated gluten and dairy free! Honestly I was underwhelmed by the drink compared to the food. But the texture and flavor of their waffles and pancakes were so good!

Absolutely loved it here and cannot wait to visit again. Everything is 100% gluten and dairy free!

They make mini pancakes or waffle sticks with 5 different varieties available. Real maple syrup, mylk cloud (DF whipped cream cheese), and edible glitter (on the cinnamon sugar ones) made the mini pancakes such a fun treat!

I had the dirty mylk boba tea and it had such an incredible brown sugar flavor! They use oat milk that is is 100% safe as well, and you can get that same mylk cloud on top of your drinks. Highly recommend trying it!

100% gluten free and vegan waffle/pancake cafe. Their beverages are also vegan and gluten free. So good! Very sweet though, so if you’re looking for something savory this isn’t the place. No complaints here. We had the chocolate and the warm strawberry waffle sticks.
