Cocopotamus by NYDC Chocolate LLC

We happened across this fantastic chocolate factory while looking for the NM Piñon Coffee store. The coffee store was moving, so we decided to ring the bell for the chocolate shop, hoping to buy a souvenir for my neighbor. The owner was so sweet and offered us a sample. What a pleasant surprise to learn that the entire facility is GF because her husband has Celiac! It's not an actual store--just an industrial kitchen facility, so be sure to bring cash, if you decide to ring the doorbell to the locked door! They're an on-line company, but were happy to sell us a box of 5 truffles for $11! They have 28 flavors. The salted caramel was wonderful!
