Wow, on peut manger de presque tout! La serveuse m’a dit qu’ils ont un espace dédié dans la cuisine pour le SG, avec un plaque réservé au SG. Je me suis régalée. Mon assiette a été amenée à part des autres. Pas tant fan des « gaufres » parcontre. C’est un gâteau/muffin en forme de gaufre. Il est excellent pour un gâteau/muffin. Mais ce n’est pas ce que je recherche quand je commande une “gaufre”.

Restaurant truly know and understand what celiac disease is. The waitress was well aware and made sure my plate was safely prepared. I recommend it for a good breakfast.

Une bonne partie du menu est clairement indiquée comme étant sans gluten. J'ai pris un déjeuner complet, oeufs, patates, pain, bacon, creton, fèves au lard. Tout était parfait!

Ils peuvent faire tout le menu sans gluten: œufs, omelettes, pain sans gluten, crèmes, gaufres….

Great spot for breakfast. The staff understand the issue with gluten and they offer so many options. My breakfast was delicious and I had no issues at all.
