Staff had no idea what gluten was. I got red beans and rice, which should be naturally gluten free, and didn’t get sick though! They do tend to run out of certain items though, so it’s possible they won’t have anything gluten free depending on the day. We came with a tour guide and he recommended the red beans and rice as his favorite and he's a local.
