Cogans Pizza Ghent

I had read the reviews for the North location but decided to stop in and see if this location had similar procedures.

My initial question was whether the pizza was cooked on a shared cooktop, they told me they have a special method for gluten free pizzas for celiacs. Perfect. I initially ordered the wild mushroom pizza but they were sure if the garlic sauce had gluten so I switched to the veggie pizza to be safe (nice save by the staff, I had thought about whether flour was the thickening agent but my brain was not functioning well enough to ask).

The pizza was great, no issues. Super grateful they took the time to walk through ingredients with me as well as outline procedures for gluten free.
