FINALLY! Someone who gets "allergy" (or in my case cross-contamination from gluten from celiac). Not sure if I lucked out when I went but the guy seemed pretty attuned to keeping ice cream safe for me, including putting on gloves; opening up a new container from the back just for me; adding mix-ins from unopened container in back; and mixing in its own container. Then covered and out in a bag separate from my daughters cross-contaminated ice cream. GREAT job! Wish more places "got" it like this one!
