Colectivo shops no longer carry gluten free baked goods from Defloured. They claim some baked goods are gluten free but they are made in their gluteny facility and stored alongside gluteny baked goods.

Great, airy coffee whole with eclectic and separate display of GF pastries. Used separate tongs to grab pastries as well. Nice staff, nice vibe.

Wish they had more options on the prepared menu but good stop for coffee and a pastry.

I only had a drink but looked at the food and they have a dedicated gluten free pastry case! Amazing! I expect good things here but I’ll have to update after I go back.
