My son has Celiac. He ordered the steak sandwich on a gf roll and mashed potatoes, and ended up have a severe reaction .

Was staying at Jackson Gore Village and this was the only place still open when we got into town. It had a few GF options mostly by omitting ingredients from dishes or using gluten free buns on burgers. Wasn’t anything to write home about but it also didn’t make me sick so overall not bad.
