Review of Cole's Coffee

Small shop with a bit of seating. There is a small variety of baked goods. I thought there would be more available but I understand having a small business there is probably only so much they are comfortable having out to keep so there isn’t much waste. There were 4 different things in the case and a few things available in the bookcases prepared to go. We all bought coffees and 2 coffee cakes (delicious!!), sprinkle sugar cookies and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was too dense for my husband and he thought it wasn’t very fresh. I know gluten free baking is very challenging because gluten is what makes things soft and fluffy. Cookies were soft and coffee cake was soft and fresh. We will be back. My daughter has celiac and was so tickled to pick out whatever she wanted. Thank you Cole’s Coffee!
