Review of Colibri Mexican Bistro

Almost everything on the menu is GF. Corn tortillas are made separately from anything with gluten, chips have a GF fryer. Another celiac happened to hear me ordering and was able to reassure me that what she had just eaten and I was about to order had not made her sick. Overpriced, but yummy and felt safe.
