Review of ColJac Artisan Cafe

l the delightful environment to have a cauliflower crust pizza and a hot coffee. They don't have gluten-free beer yet but I was fortunate enough to talk to the beer distributor while I was in the restaurant and he said he would work on it. The owner is very knowledgeable about pastry cooking and gluten-free and works at keeping menu items to help those of us who need gluten-free.
