Review of Collage Restaurant

Staff was very helpful and super friendly! We had the steak tartare and instead of chips they provided truffle chips (gf substitute) which are better than any chips in my opinion! For dinner I had the steak with truffle butter, root vegetables, and whipped potatoes. They also have 2-3 dessert options available GF. Just for the sole fact that the service is so nice and accommodating I’d probably go again even though I felt our food lacked some flavor.
