Used the same cream cheese as regular bagels, did not change gloves, used the same spatula… I didn’t eat it because I watched them not be careful after asking them to change gloves and be careful. I won’t be back.

Toasted it separately and gave me uncontaminated cream cheese :-) also the maple chai latte was to die for. As others have said the bagels are udi's but the flexibility of options for toppings makes up for it IMO

Very happy with their selection and safety. Staff was knowledgeable about crosss contamination and marked our gluten free food with a special allegy mark. We were able to get almost everything in the menu with a gluten free bagel or bread. They also had a couple of bakery items available.

Unfortunately despite assurances they would wrap in foil for toasting and use separate tools the plain udi’s bagel we ordered came with cross contamination from what looked like Parmesan cheese stuck to it. Ended up throwing out bagel. Shame as person took our order cut me off on concerns assuring us they had a good process.

Staff were very knowledgeable and indicated they would take precautions as soon as I mentioned having Celiac. Great assortment of sandwiches that can all be made GF. Nice variety of bottled drinks/ packaged items too! Got GF shortbread and it was wonderful.

Staff were knowledgeable and the food was good. Mentioned I was Celiac and the receipt reflected that by saying gf for "serious allergy". No gluten reaction. As other people have said, the bagels are Udi's.

Gluten free bagels aren’t made in house but they do have a separate toaster and spreads. Bagels are 3/5 but the experience is 5/5. Also have a few gluten free pastries. Coffee is good too (non dairy milks are free).

Staff very knowledgable. Assured me my bagel would touch nothing. Bagel was great! Toasted separately.

They have delicious Rudi’s bread. Seriously the best GF bread I’ve ever had. And they have pretty good Udi’s bagels. They ask if it’s an allergy and make sure to toast on a separate plate to not cross contaminate. They also have diff packaged GF treats at different locations. The Ithaca bakery in Triphammer has delicious muffins— tried both the chocolate chip and the banana bread. But only complaint is the price for GF is much higher then the normal prices (which are still pricy)

Have great food and gluten free options. really knowledgeable about cross contamination. they always ask if you have an allergy when you get gf bagels or bread.
Yes
Very knowledgeable. My first time here. One of the workers told me that all I have to do is say the word “allergy” and they will take it very seriously. I ordered 3 plain bagels with butter. I experienced NO stomachache pains or discomfort. I am very sensitive to cross-contamination, which was not an issue. Very safe for celiacs.
Yes
My son had a tasty breakfast sandwich 12/17/16 using Udi's bagels, which they stock. Made it clear about celiac disease and they were attentive to the need. Also some packaged baked goods. Would agree with a previous review that cream cheese spread would not be a good idea with cross contamination but this is a place worth going to.
I'm adding a review of Collegetown Bagels because they do have a few options. They sell packaged GF cookies and brownies. They offer GF bagels (UDIs) and bread for breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I had a UDIs bagel with turkey and cheese and did not get sick. They will toast your bagel on a clean cookie sheet to prevent cross contamination and I asked them to change gloves. They asked if it was an allergy and were happy to accommodate. Note that any of their spreads (hummus, cream cheeses etc) are cross contaminated because they don't have dedicated GF containers and double dip. I didn't feel safe trying any of those. I wouldn't give them my highest rating but they do have options and they do try and take it seriously.
