Review of Colletta

Upon learning they offered gluten-free options, I decided to give it a try. The individual helping us was knowledgeable and oversaw everything, making me feel confident I was being taken care of. I overheard a code being added to my order indicating celiac/gluten-free so the chef knew to take precautions. I did not eat the pasta, rather opted for another menu item. They were very careful with cross-contamination when dealing with appetizers.
