Colonial is a neighborhood institution and we are there recently for the first time following our Celiac diagnosis.
The good:
• “gluten sensitive” menu options are marked
• Staff was willing to check specific items when asked
• Gluten Sensitive items tasted good
• No one got sick
The bad:
• Their “gluten sensitive” options are very limited: breakfast, salads, and a couple of sandwiches (if you sub GF bread)
— Somewhat
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
— Not Much
— Good
