Staff not knowledgeable about gluten. A little bit of gluten binder in the waffles is like being a little bit pregnant... I hope I don’t get sick for a week after eating here.
They DO NOT have a gluten free menu. I ordered a bacon and cheese omelette which tasted of plastic, so I had them take it back. I left hungry.
This is a complete lie that this restaurant has gluten free pancakes or waffles. I spoke to the owner who was standing outside of the restaurant this morning and he confirmed to me that they had gluten-free buckwheat pancakes. When I began to speak to my waitress I was getting a funny feeling and so they went and got someone from the back who came and told me there's just a little bit of gluten in there... just a little bit of flour, as if just a little bit of flour wouldn't put me flat in the bed for a week. This is not a gluten-free place to get pancakes. I repeat do not go there if you are going there for gluten-free Pancakes. There is another pancake restaurant just up the street that does not have gluten free pancakes but the Arlington Hotel told me it was the best breakfast place in town and that's where we are headed now. Repeat do not believe gluten free finder about this restaurant it is completely a lie.
No
Buckwheat pancakes are NOT gluten free. They add wheat flour. Other options are eggs, bacon and locally made sausage which was good.
2 items ONLY gluten free. The service was horrible, and the food was awful! The omelette was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted!
