Review of Colonial Steakhouse

Staff was relatively knowledgable. They have steaks and fried food. so I had a flat iron steak, a baked potato, and a salad with oil. the vinegar for the salad was white and not balsamic so I just added a splash of oil. The baked potato was just that, a baked potato. It was fine with butter, salt and pepper. The flat iron steak was fanrastic. The cooked it just right, mostly pink center. the menu reads, "Not responsible for WELL done steak". Take that as a good sign
