Well-marked menu. Had the GF pasta bolognese with bison. Even came with GF garlic bread (repurposed hamburger bun) for a nice surprise. Not the biggest portion size but good tasting.

I was uncomfortable and cautious that this place wouldn’t make me sick and I was wrong! Everything was great. Staff knew what was safe and what wasn’t. Good experience. We will go back again.

The appetizer of brussels sprouts with glazed sauce was GF and good flavor. We had an amazing experience at the brewery the pike peaks burger with GF bun and GF fries was good. The salmon salad with mango salsa was GF and tasty. They have a decent selection for GF and will come again.

Really good food. Separate fryer for fries- fresh cut. Got a burger on a gf bun and cup of chilli. Gf marked on the menu.

My family has multiple food allergies between us. Our server was fantastic, knowledgeable on his own but also double checking on each part of every meal to ensure our safety. The food was delicious and the staff was all very helpful, making our experience a joy.

I’m a very sensitive celiac so I hesitate eating out. I ate here and I never got sick. The salmon was delicious and they have a designated fryer if you specify gluten free fries.

Have had the salmon a couple of times. Options for gluten free are fairly limited especially for side dishes but there are enough options and they do have really good food.

Server was amazing! Gluten, dairy and soy allergy. Got the salmon with veggies in olive oil and hand cut fries (in dedicated fryer). She even knew which alcohol was safe!

Celiac- have been here three times in the last week. It has been our "go to" place while visiting Colorado Springs. We went to the Interquest location. So many options and staff is awesome. Would definitely recommend the cider as well.

We ate at the other location the day before and loved it so much we went to this location because it was near our hotel. Once again, they made my daughter an awesome, safe sandwich and also have a dedicated fryer so she was able to get fries!

Probably my favorite meal ever. Had the florentine chicken bacon cream pasta. They boil noodles separately and toasted bread separately for me to have garlic bread with it. No reactions. SO GOOD!!!

Our celiac family ate here safely today! Lots of gluten free options to choose from - appetizers such as nachos, kettle chips with blue cheese, wings, great salads, gfree pasta, gfree pizza, burgers and a dedicated fryer for fries! Loved our meal and will def be back to try more gfree options! Server was very knowledgeable !

There was a macaroni noodle in my GF penne pasta. I will say that when we called (it was take-out), the manager handled it very well. She was apologetic & refunded our entire meal.

Yes they have tons of legit gf entrees. They try to be extra careful. Gf pizza crust and gf burger buns and gf pasta. We had French fries which r fried in a dedicated fryer. As for alcoholic drinks. They carry one cider and have vodka cocktails. But no gf beer. The food was amazing if be coming here.

No GF menu, but items able to be modified to be GF are marked on the menu. I had the Pike’s Peak burger with a Caesar side salad with no croutons. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the GF menu items, and made a special note that I was Celiac for the kitchen. Delicious and didn’t get sick!! **they do NOT have a dedicated fryer**

My husband got the Pikes Peak burger with the gf bun and I got the same but with a "normal" bun.The server was knowledgeable and when we told him my husband was celiac he immediately gave advice about the side my husband could eat.There's not a dedicated frier so he advised the salad without the croutons and all the dressings were gf.Was the best burger I ever ate!! My husband is celiac and have had no reactions.

Delicious food, knowledgeable and helpful servers, well worth it. My daughter and I both got the Pikes Peak burgers on gluten free buns; they clean the grill and change gloves to cook them. I got a side of the gf chili brussel sprouts & she for a side salad. We got the flourless chocolate cake for dessert and I had a gf cider with dinner. Everything was delicious and we would definitely recommend. My daughter is celiac and did not get sick
