Almost the whole menu os gluten free or can be mad gluten free. They have gluten free buns. They take cross contamination seriously. Food was amazing .

Went there earlier this week ( in Prescott) - after waiting through a long line finally talked to someone. She said no meat is safe for highly gluten sensitive / celiac as buns and bread are cooked all over the grills. We left - won’t go back.
