Review of Colt’s Pig Stand

I called ahead and they seemed pretty knowledgeable so we went for it.

I had The Burnt End sandwich with no bun. It came with cubes of brisket and pulled pork with cole slaw on top. I chose green beans as my side.

I used my NIMA tester and it tested free of gluten.

Manager Antonio was very helpful.

All sauces except the mustard one are gf.
