This is a new place that recently opened up and is owned by locals. It has fabulous smash burgers that are anything but thin. The gf buns are from Outside the Bread Box which is a dedicated gf bakery in Colorado Springs. I don’t believe they have a dedicated fryer but the owners are great about helping to keep things safe. They also offer dessert in the form of ice cream, sorbets and crème brûlée. They have a variety of salads that are also safe and their sandwiches can be made on gf bread from the same bakery as the buns.
