They labeled things clearly and have both smoothies and yogurt pots W/PB. As well as a selection of coffees and teas. They try to avoid cross contamination from what They spoke with me about and we’re aware of ingredient use. I figured it was worth mentioning that it was a quick and relatively healthy way to stop for a quick GF coffee shop breakfast that You could stay at or take on the go. I was happily surprised when I first walked in and hope the same holds for others.

So much of the quick on the go and GF food that is offered is unhealthy and highly sugary and while that can taste delicious. I really appreciate finding a more nutritious option. Even if I cannot take advantage of it. Those without nut allergies might like to try it.
