I have not eaten here, but I called ahead in expectation of doing so. The host very kindly and honestly let me know that I should not eat there with celiac disease. The way the food prep station is set up, and how the staff prepare food, carries a very high risk of cross contamination. She almost recommended soup as an option before stating they are probably not safe either. Sandwiched and gluten items are prepped side by side with the few items that could be GF.
