100% gluten free facility
They essentially make three things:
- sourdoughnuts: Japanese flavoured. Really exceptional taste and variety.
- gluten free rice bread: I have not tried this but it looks fluffy
- vegan sushi: also haven’t tried this
You have to get in early as they tend to run out - they ferment the sourdoughnuts well in advance.
