Excellent little cafe with sandwiches, coffees and baked goods. The paninis are delicious! If you’re gluten sensitive, you are a “green”, if you’re celiac, you are a red. They’re careful with cross contamination and the food is excellent.

I am a celiac. The staff was extremely kind about it, giving me the menu (which is separated from green (minor allergy/avoiding gluten) and red (celiac/severe allergy)) I loved the cheese panini I got, and I felt normal to be eating something so good in a normal cafe. They have plastic wrapped desserts for take out, and the fudge brownie I got was sorta like a lava cake. I loved it, and I definitely recommend this place.

They have two menus for gluten free- “allergy” and “choosing not to eat gluten.” I’m so grateful that they treat Celiac seriously. They are careful about cross contamination. Food was really good!

Well after getting excited for the paninis they were out of the gluten free bread. There was not one single person in the restaurant at 7:00 on a Friday night, that should’ve been my first clue. Call ahead if you’re going I guess before wasting your time !

I worked here awhile ago and I know 100% that they avoid cross - contamination. They have a red/ green system that involves total glove changes, separate utensils and cutting boards depending on the severity of gluten free needs. Not to mention tasty options!

They are careful with food allergies and sensitivities. I have been several times. Their gf cottage cheese bread is delicious, but they have other breads if you need to be dairy free as well.

very friendly staff. Had no problems explaining the GF menu, what is what and so on. great breakfast and the coffee mugs, omg the gigantic coffee mugs!! Definitely stop here if you can.

Super friendly, very knowledgeable staff. Their GF options were delicious and won't break the bank - soups, sandwiches, baked goods. We came here on a vacation for lunch and visited Niagara Falls. Afterwards, we loved it so much (and the Buffalo GF options weren't drawing us) that we came back for dinner.
