We eat here for dinner frequently and they do a phenomenal job walking me through the menu and making sure my GF food is safe. They have their own paper reference of what is just GF and what is celiac safe (Note: Fryer is shared, fried items are not celiac safe).

We've also done Sunday Suppers here and they've had a GF dessert option off-menu!

Items on the menu are marked GF, however everything is fried in a shared fryer. This establishment doesn’t distinguish between naturally GF items and items that are actually prepared GF. The tacos are marked GF but have a fried green tomato on them…. I called the manager the next day and he did confirm everything uses the same fryer. I asked him to escalate the issue and get new menus printed and he said that would be hard as they just got new menus. I would not eat here again over fear of cross contamination.
