The deli has some “wheat-free” items but they will tell you that they can’t guarantee anything is gluten free due to the size of their operation. Gf bread is offered in the hot sandwich area but cross contamination is a big issue as all of the items are prepared on the same surfaces. However, the grocery part of the store has a lot of gf items.

I get the prepared lunches here often - anything labeled wheat free is pretty safe. They also have a great selection of gluten-free grocery items.

Common Ground Food Co-op saved me while I was in town for a conference at U. Illinois. Their selection of prepared foods is amazing and everything is clearly labeled GF. I went several times and they had GF pizza, GF soups, baked goods, GF sides. Anything prepackaged had full ingredient lists and specified wheat-free tamari, etc.
