Not great about cross contamination. Says GF but had a bad reaction

Had a delicious gf breakfast sandwich on the jalapeño bread. Very tasty. Unfortunately someone else took my food by mistake so they gave me the lemon slice while I waited. Also absolutely delicious!

I had a GF chocolate chip banana muffin and had a bad reaction 30 minutes after. While I took a risk given that they don’t follow strict protocols, I would not recommend this bakery for anyone who is celiac.

A few items made GF but they’re made with non-GF items. I’m pretty sensitive and tried a muffin and coffee cake and surprisingly did not get sick. Cash only though.
