They're getting better as far as knowledge of cross contamination. Packaged the fried topping they put on their potato salad separately due to possible cross contamination in the fryer... without me even asking! Seems like they're stepping up their game. And their BBQ is delicious!!

Not all of the sauces are gf. I believe the mustard sauce contains malt vinegar. They don't seem that knowledgeable about cross contamination they need to be reminded to package the corn bread separately. Both visits resulted in our son getting sick. Food is amazing - by far the best BBQ around, maybe just not for celiacs.
