Most of the menu was, or could be, gluten free. Dedicated fryer. They were also very careful to identify the few items that were not gluten free.

This couple is so accommodating. They will do about anything you want from their menu. Their sandwiches are so big that the bread can fall apart. They have tried Udi's bread, Canyon Bakehouse buns, and currently Energy toast. There is no upcharge for the bread (incredible). No bread or meat goes into the fryer. I have had the potato chips and fries, and they are both really good.

From the owner: All options can be made GF (exceptions: pasta salad, clam chowder, fried chicken). Our fryer is dedicated to potatoes ONLY...NO flour or animal products.
